Review by hotel critic
Each morning, from 8:30 AM, we were treated to a complimentary breakfast featuring Puglian staples. The rich, local cheeses and freshly baked pastries were a delightful start to our day, but I found myself yearning for a more authentic experience-perhaps some seasonal fruits and freshly squeezed juices to elevate the spread further. The ambiance of the breakfast area was inviting, with serene views that perfectly complemented our meals. Post breakfast, the outdoor pool provided a refreshing reprieve, especially during the heat wave we encountered; it was a great way to unwind after our excursions. While the hotel itself is in a quiet spot, its location is strategic for exploring Apulia, being close to charming towns and beaches. The attentive service from Alessandra, who shared local dining recommendations, was invaluable-leading us to delightful eateries like Osteria Nonna Cia and Valente Ristorante. Palazzo Fasti serves as a welcoming base for both relaxation and culinary adventures in the region.
